FVI expert breakfast, this time with our guest Dr. Volker Steinhübel of course again with Jens and Marcel! ☕

This week we will be discussing the reality of maintenance and how controlling can help to make the benefits and profitability of maintenance visible and what influencing factors there are.

In addition to the opportunities that arise from transparent maintenance, we also want to discuss solutions and challenges relating to production and maintenance with you again. As always, our two-week series of events will of course provide exciting insights into the future of production and maintenance.

We will discuss how sustainable companies can master the challenges of the modern production landscape. The focus will be on topics such as demographic change, digitalization and the importance of production partnerships.

  • Conclusion and next steps: At the end of the session, it was emphasized that the discussion should continue and concrete actions should be taken to better communicate maintenance and its importance within the company. It was suggested that a glossary be created and that further meetings be organized to explore the topics in greater depth.
