We cordially invite you to the 12th FVI Expert Breakfast, which will take place live from Dortmund at Adesso on 29.11.2024.

Together with experts from maintenance associations and industry representatives, we would like to discuss:

➡️ How can we ADVANCE maintenance in Germany TOGETHER? ➡️ How can we create a future-proof and resilient maintenance TOGETHER? ➡️ How can we bring the relevance of maintenance to C-level visibility TOGETHER?

The focus of the event is on how we can increase the effectiveness of maintenance in Germany – especially through collaboration.

Currently, we have a very diverse association landscape, but how can we pool our strengths to shape the future of maintenance more effectively?

We will welcome some guests from responsible positions, associations, and clubs who will share their perspectives on the development of maintenance and define the next steps with us.

In addition, we will look back at the 4th OPMC Christmas Event, which takes place the evening before, as well as future events such as the exclusive Day of Associations and Clubs on March 27, 2025, at Fraunhofer IML in Dortmund, which aims to further strengthen collaboration.

• Challenges and solutions: Andreas Weber emphasized the need for a clear self-understanding of maintainers and the challenge of resource scarcity. Tobias highlighted the importance of advertising to younger generations and promoting the profession of maintenance technician.
• Future events and collaboration: Thomas Heller announced the Maintenance Forum 2025, which will take place in March in Dortmund to increase the collaboration and effectiveness of associations.
• Conclusion and thanks: Marcel Hahn thanked the participants and emphasized the importance of active participation and collaboration in the associations.
