Knowledge Management (Implicit Knowledge)

The process of capturing, storing, and making individual experiential knowledge ("head monopoly") accessible to all employees.

In the industry, much knowledge is "implicit" – meaning it only exists in the minds of experienced employees ("If it squeaks here, I need to turn there"). When these employees retire, this knowledge is lost. Traditional wikis often fail because entering information is too cumbersome.

ADAM uses Generative AI to make knowledge management passive. Employees simply dictate solutions by voice ("Feedback Assistant"). The AI automatically structures this into database entries that are searchable for future generations.
