Master Data Quality

The degree of accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sets (e.g., material numbers in the ERP).

Poor master data (duplicates, missing descriptions) are one of the biggest cost drivers in logistics. Often, parts are reordered even though they are stored under different names. Data cleansing projects often fail due to the enormous manual effort.

ADAM follows the "ADAM-First" approach. Instead of laboriously cleansing data in advance, ADAM uses hybrid search and AI to find the right part even in chaotic data. Additionally, ADAM autonomously enriches master data with information from manufacturer sites during ongoing operations.
