OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

A metric (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) that measures how productively a facility operates compared to its full potential.

OEE is calculated from availability, performance, and quality. It is the gold standard for uncovering losses in manufacturing. A low OEE value often indicates unplanned downtime or slow setup times.

Pure OEE measurement is not enough – you need to know the causes. ADAM links OEE data with maintenance reports. When the OEE drops, ADAM not only shows the value but also provides the technician with the appropriate repair instructions to quickly get the facility back up and running.
