Predictive Maintenance
Predictive maintenance that forecasts when maintenance is necessary based on condition data before a failure occurs.
Unlike reactive maintenance ("repair when broken") or preventive maintenance (fixed intervals), predictive maintenance uses sensor data to calculate the optimal maintenance time. This saves costs and prevents unplanned downtimes.
A prediction alone does not repair a machine. ADAM bridges the gap between algorithm and human. When a sensor reports an anomaly, ADAM automatically creates a ticket, assigns it to the qualified technician, and virtually prepares the appropriate spare parts.
