Shopfloor Management
The management and control of manufacturing processes directly at the place of value creation (in the hall), often supported by visual dashboards.
Effective shopfloor management ensures transparency about the current status, problems, and goals. It is transforming from analog whiteboards to digital real-time systems.
ADAM digitizes the shopfloor board. Instead of pinning up notes in the morning, teams see in real-time on large screens or tablets: Which orders are open? Where are there disruptions? Who has what capacity? This enables quick response times.
