The increasing shortage of qualified personnel in technical professions, exacerbated by the retirement of the "Baby Boomer" generation.
By 2030, millions of experienced technicians will leave the labor market. This leads to a massive loss of experiential knowledge ("Brain Drain") and increases the burden on the remaining employees.
ADAM counteracts the skills shortage in two ways: 1. It digitally stores the knowledge of retirees. 2. It acts as a "digital mentor" for new, inexperienced employees by providing them with step-by-step instructions and solution suggestions directly at the machine (Onboarding Turbo).
